As we are receiving questions about vaccination in France, please, find below some information to date.
I am in the process of registering in the French health system but I do not have a social security number yet; neither temporary nor permanent and I would like to be vaccinated
Answer: I make an appointment to be vaccinated; I will not be asked for my vital card or my social security number; I need to bring an ID Card. I will be given a paper indicating that I have received one or both doses. This is also valid for an expatriate returning from abroad and not yet having reactivated rights
TO NOTE: on the day of the appointment, you must show up with an identity document and your vital card (or a certificate of rights) in order to be able to give your social security number. Since January 28, 2021, a foreigner or a homeless person can be vaccinated in a vaccination center even if he does not have a vital card. If you have a previous positive Covid-19 result, you can present it at your first appointment. After your medical interview, your vaccination may be given in a single dose of vaccine instead of two.
For the moment, we have no information on how the validation after registration in the French healt system will be regularized; we advise you to keep all documents justifying the vaccination.

How to make an appointment at a vaccination center?
You can make an appointment:
On the internet: the two appointments for injections can be taken on Sante.fr in the center of your choice. The Santé.fr site is accessible directly from the TousAntiCovid application
By phone, by calling:
the toll-free number 0800 009 110 open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. which directs you directly to the telephone platforms of the chosen vaccination center;
the vaccination center near you, for which you will have found the telephone numbers on the Santé.fr site which offers a complete list of the centers open in each department
I am registered in the French health system, I am vaccinated but in the document that I have which confirms that I am vaccinated, I do not have a QR Code to register my vaccination
Answer: The Social Security is opening a new teleservice around the end of May 2021 so that each vaccinated insured who has not received a QR Code can thus validate in the health system that he is vaccinated.
To date, we do not know the operating methods of this teleservice
